1. Scope
This policy applies to fees paid for workshops, private chart reviews, and study circle blocks booked with Toolkit Acacia Path Co., Ltd.. It does not cover third-party travel or accommodation costs you incur to attend a session.
2. Workshop cancellations by you
- More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of any amount paid, or transfer to a later date at no charge.
- 7–14 days before: Deposit (THB 1,500) is non-refundable; balance refunded if already paid.
- Less than 7 days before: No refund unless we can fill your seat from a waitlist.
- No-show: No refund. Materials prepared for your seat cannot be reallocated on the day.
3. Study circle blocks
Study circle fees are paid in full at enrollment. Cancellation more than 14 days before the block start date receives a full refund. Cancellation within 14 days forfeits the fee unless we can assign your place to another participant. Missed individual weeks within a block are not refundable or make-up eligible.
4. Private chart reviews
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session receives a full refund. Cancellation within 48 hours forfeits 50% of the session fee to cover reserved instructor time. If you cancel after submitting charts but before the session, submitted materials are deleted per our Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellations by us
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date — your choice.
6. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted for workshops and private reviews if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Additional reschedules may incur a THB 500 administrative fee.
7. Deposits
Workshop deposits hold your seat and are applied to the total fee. Deposits follow the cancellation windows in section 2.
8. Work already started
If a private review session has begun, no refund is available. If an instructor has prepared a custom chart set for a corporate group booking and you cancel within 7 days, up to 30% of the total fee may be retained for preparation time.
9. Purchased materials
Printed workbooks provided at a workshop are included in the session fee and are non-refundable separately. If you withdraw before the session starts and have not received materials, standard cancellation terms apply.
10. Refund process and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds require the account details you used for payment. Contact hello@toolkitacaciapath.click with your booking reference.
11. Exceptions
Medical emergencies documented with a physician's note may receive a full credit toward a future session regardless of the cancellation window. Credits expire twelve months from issue.
