These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website toolkitacaciapath.click ("Site") operated by Toolkit Acacia Path Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") and your enrollment in our chart training workshops and related sessions. By accessing the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide in-person and video-based educational training in technical chart reading, specifically trend continuation setups after consolidation. Our sessions are educational only. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, trade signals, portfolio management, or guaranteed outcomes.
3. Bookings and payment
Session fees, deposits, and payment methods are described on our Rates page and confirmed at booking. A deposit may be required to hold a workshop seat. Full payment terms are communicated by email or phone when you reserve a place. Prices on the Site are informational and may be updated before your confirmed booking.
4. Intellectual property
All workbook materials, chart sets, written summaries, and Site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use printed materials for personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.
5. Participant conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove a participant from a session without refund if conduct disrupts the group or violates applicable law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Training is provided "as is." We make no warranty that chart reading skills will produce trading profits or specific results. Past chart examples are historical and do not predict future price behaviour.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at sessions, including trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session shall not exceed the fee you paid for that session.
8. Third-party links and images
The Site may link to external resources or display images from third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
